MOISTURE METER FOR PAPER HIT-RHP
The HIT-RHP moisture meter allows for paper moisture content assessment. Using this device eliminates the problems of dimensional changes and paper deformation (common in printing houses). Air humidity and temperature sensors located at the end of the electrode are inserted into the paper stack. The air humidity in equilibrium with the paper is a measure of paper moisture contents. A microprocessor converts the measured air humidity and temperature into the moisture content of newsprint or cardboard. The meter can also directly display air humidity and temperature (without conversion). In this case, it functions as a standard thermo-hygrometer.
Thanks to the small size of the "measuring chamber", the measurement is relatively quick.
Moisture meter HIT-RHP replaced previously manufactured model WCPT-100P.
