Our company

TANEL Electronics was founded in 1982. Since its beginnings it has been producing exclusively moisture meters, the major part of the production being wood moisture meters. The company also produces digital hygrometers, moisture meters for concrete and meters to measure moisture content in other materials.

Moisture meters produced by Tanel base on measuring the resistance or the dielectric constant of the given material. The company is currently working on utilizing the ultrasound technology and microwave technology in its moisture meters.
Tanel moisture meters are available through approximately 50 distributors. The following companies, among others, are currently using the products:
